Chromebook will not turn on or charge

Chromebook will not turn on or charge

If your chromebook is an e100:
Connect to a powersource and login.  From the system tray choose the gear to go to settings.  Choose About Chrome OS from the menu in the top left corner and Check for updates.  Once updated, your battery should begin charging again.

For all other models:
Reset the power system by pressing refresh and power simultaneously.  Then power on.

If these solutions do not work, submit your chromebook for repair.
